The My company area is where company-level data, users, facilities, and related lists are managed after sign-in. Screens follow the portal navigation under My company (for example General information, Users, Reporting obligations, Facilities, and Landfills when relevant).
What appears depends on the signed-in role and grants. Company Admin typically sees the whole company. Company users see company-level items they are granted. Facility users work mainly under their facility, not the full company area.
Areas in My company
- General informationCompany identity, contact data, address, and notes.
- UsersInvite people, assign company or facility access, and manage roles. Mainly for Company Admin.
- Reporting obligationsCompany-level obligations assigned by NRIZ. The list is read-only in the portal.
- FacilitiesList of facilities linked to the company. Open a facility to view or edit data the portal allows.
- LandfillsUnsanitary landfill sites used for DEP1. Company Admin can add and edit them when DEP1 applies.

If expected screens are missing, the usual causes are missing grants, an inactive company or relation, or Agency setup that is not finished yet. Contact NRIZ support with company identifiers (for example PIB and company name) when the list looks wrong.
