After sign-in, company data is the default page in the portal. The screen shows the legal entity as registered in NRIZ and groups fields into blocks that match the portal layout. Company-level reporting obligations are a separate item under My company; they are described on this page.
Screen sections

Edit company data
Only Company Admin can edit company data. For all other users the screen is read-only.
Except Company ID (registration number) and Tax ID, any company data on this screen can be changed by Company Admin when the company is active.
These fields are required and must be filled:
- Company name
- Company short name
- Business activity code
- Phone
- Company email
When editing as Company Admin:
- Select Edit (or the equivalent action on the tab).
- Change the fields that need updating (except Company ID and Tax ID).
- Save. Discard cancels unsaved changes.
An inactive company cannot be edited in the portal.
Reporting obligations
Under My company, Reporting obligations lists company-level obligations β those that apply to the legal entity as a whole, not to a single facility. Anyone with access to the company can open the screen. Only obligations marked Active apply. The screen is informational and read-only; obligations cannot be changed in the portal.

The portal groups company obligations as follows.
Packaging (AAO Series)

A company cannot have AAO1 and AAO2 at the same time.
Landfills (DEP Series)
